Lewis Limited Consulting Services aims to develop and implement growth opportunities and create long-term value for their clients. Lewis Limited was founded in May 2005 as a minority-owned, Maryland-based limited liability company. It was certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) Federal 8(a) Program and successfully graduated in September 2014. Lewis Limited delivers results-oriented and cost-effective marketing and business development solutions to help businesses maximize revenue, generate growth and develop a sustainable competitive edge in both domestic and international markets.

 

Lewis Limited has helped organizations succeed in international markets including, international business development, market research, feasibility studies, market analysis, market entry strategy, lead generation, partner search, brand development, overseas marketing and promotion, public relations, product launch and legal support services. 

MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Lewis Limited Management Team is an experienced group of executives. The majority of our executive staff has over 30 years of business experience. Our team consists of a highly committed group of people who work together to achieve a common goal. Our team members are very passionate about the company and our clients, who all collaborate to get work done. 

Ambassador Delano Lewis - Chairman 

Delano E. Lewis, Sr., a native Kansan, received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas in 1960 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Kansas, in 1963. Mr. Lewis served ten years in the Federal Government from 1963 until 1973. He served as an attorney with the Dept. of Justice; as an attorney in the Office of Compliance in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Associate Director of the US Peace Corps in Nigeria and Country Director of US Peace Corps in Uganda; Legislative Assistant to US Senator Edward W. Brooke of Massachusetts and Chief of Staff for Delegate Walter Fauntroy of the District of Columbia.

Geoffrey P. Lewis - President & CEO

Mr. Lewis is an experienced executive with over twenty five years of top-level management experience in Marketing, Communications, and Business Development. His oversight responsibilities include launching and managing start-up businesses, change management, new business development, corporate & public relations and the raising of seed & early stage capital.  Mr. Lewis takes an entrepreneurial approach that has demonstrated success to substantially increase profitability for his company & clients. Mr. Lewis is currently the President/CEO of LEWIS LIMITED LLC. Mr. Lewis is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability projections and promoting the reputation of the company. Mr. Lewis was responsible for generating over $11 million in revenue for the company over a three year period. In the early stages of the company, Mr. Lewis was an e-Learning designer, and was often assigned the task of designing and developing learning materials on electronic platform.

Cliff Butler - Executive Vice President & COO

Mr. Butler is the Lead Project and Program Manager for Lewis Limited LLC.  As such, he has facilitated and maintained contracts in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Butler creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of Lewis Limited’s government and commercial clients, as well as identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities to the development team. Mr. Butler also manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including, but not limited to, managing project budgets, determining appropriate revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, tracking and reporting team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, minimizing risk and exposure,  and monitoring receivables.

Dr. Jerry Morenoff - Vice President &CFO

Dr. Morenoff has a distinguished record of achievement as a corporate executive in the fields of computer and information science, environmental technology, and non-profit operations. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer for Lewis Limited. Previously he served as a senior-level management consultant to government agencies/contractors, as well as to corporate and non-profit organizations. He has served as: Chairman/Director—Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, Board President/Managing Director of Imagination Stage, Inc. (provider of children’s theatre arts education programs),  Chairman/CEO of  (i) Ocean Data Systems, Inc
