Dr. Jerry Morenoff

Dr. Morenoff has a distinguished record of achievement as a corporate executive in the fields of computer and information science, environmental technology, and non-profit operations. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer for Lewis Limited.

 

Previously he served as a senior-level management consultant to government agencies/contractors, as well as to corporate and non-profit organizations. He has served as: Chairman/Director—Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, Board President/Managing Director of Imagination Stage, Inc. (provider of children’s theatre arts education programs), 

 

Chairman/CEO of  (i) Ocean Data Systems, Inc. (provider of ASW and undersea technology to the defense/intelligence communities, and supplier of commercial IT systems for insurance companies and transportation carriers); (ii) Global Weather Dynamics, Inc. (provider of real-time global weather databases and aviation/meteorological message switching communications systems); and, (iii) Incotel, Inc. (provider of international communications and software systems).

 

  • LEWIS LIMITED LLC - Dr. Morenoff currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer for Lewis Limited. He also provides legal advice to the Company and was responsible for developing the Company’s Strategic Business Plan.

 

  • JEMC Associates, LLC. - Dr. Morenoff provides executive-level management consulting and strategic planning  services to  organizations such as:  Imagination Stage, Inc. (non-profit children’s theatre arts education), Bethesda Cultural Alliance (“Off-Broadway” Theatre), Coffey Consulting (Workforce Development, Education, Human Resources, and Economic Development government contractor); Lewis Limited (e-Learning systems); Snap, Inc. (video technology and transfer services for deaf/hard-of-hearing communities); Teaching Strategies, Inc. (early childhood education publishers and curriculum developers) and, U.S. Department of Defense contractors tasked with creating the National Language Service Corps.
