Comcast Spotlight - CRM Online Training

Lewis Limited provided custom course content development to convert instructor-led training into online computer-based training focused on “Microsoft-CRM” Report Management System.

 

The course conversion content was based on Comcast’s customized CRM system delivered by instructors. Lewis Limited developed ten (10) “Level-3” modular courses with Comcast branding, look & feel.

Lewis Limited incorporated interactivity that would cause the learner to think and apply knowledge learned. Interactive exercises were developed such as a blend of knowledge checks, scenarios, feedback, flash animation, audio & video. The contract stated 8 months to complete the training programs.

 

The overall training program was extremely successful. The training program was launched on Comcast University’s internal LMS. Approximately 2,000 sales associates per year go through the training program.
