Mr. Lewis is an experienced executive with over twenty five years of top-level management experience in Marketing, Communications, and Business Development. His oversight responsibilities include launching and managing start-up businesses, change management, new business development, corporate & public relations and the raising of seed & early stage capital.

Mr. Lewis takes an entrepreneurial approach that has demonstrated success to substantially increase profitability for his company & clients. Mr. Lewis is currently the President/CEO of LEWIS LIMITED LLC. Mr. Lewis is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability projections and promoting the reputation of the company. Mr. Lewis was responsible for generating over $11 million in revenue for the company over a three year period. In the early stages of the company, Mr. Lewis was an e-Learning designer, and was often assigned the task of designing and developing learning materials on electronic platform.

 

  • AHA-LEARNING, LLC: Mr. Lewis is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of this online education organization. AHA-LEARNING provides a solution to both schools and students in need of remediation through its revolutionary, affordable and effective remediation training for students via a Web-based delivery system. The concept is simple – we plan to be known as the “Uber of Tutors”. Aha-PREP (“Aha”), was founded in early 2014 to fill a significant online learning business niche that would dramatically improve educational opportunities for many students. The main concept behind the new brand name was derived by figuratively seeing a light-bulb go off when students finally “get-it.” They usually refer to this as “Their Aha Moment.”

 

  • KNOWLEDGEMAX INC. Mr. Lewis successfully negotiated the merger of the start-up company Serious2Learn with Knowledgemax in October, 2001. KnowledgeMax, based in McLean, VA was traded on the OTC Bulletin Board as KWMX.OB. The company provided large organizations with e-Business systems for purchasing knowledge and learning products and services.

 

  • SERIOUS2LEARN, INC: Mr. Lewis served as President, CEO, and co-founder of Serious2Learn, where his responsibilities were to oversee the Business Plan execution, corporate development, market analysis, and day-to-day operations of the Company. Serious2Learn.com delivered a virtual library of professional events-on-demand, and facilitated peer networking, at a fraction of the cost of on-site event attendance. The Company successfully merged with KnowledgeMax, Inc. in 2001. 

 

  • TCM CONSTRUCTION INC: At the request of the TCM Board of Directors, Mr. Lewis served as interim President/CEO for the largest minority owned 8(a) construction company in the state of Minnesota. Responsibilities included day-to-day operations of the corporation until such time as a permanent CEO could be put into place. Oversight of the $20 million operation included 30 full-time, 50 part-time employees, and contracted companies.

 

  • WESTCO AUTOMATED SYSTEMS & SALES, INC: Mr. Lewis served as Vice President/COO. Westco was a minority owned 8(a) systems integration firm. Responsibilities included running the day-to-day operations, which included the management of 75 employees, with revenues of $17 million per year, and three (3) office locations.

 

Mr. Lewis is a graduate from Kennedy Western University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. Mr Lewis has a Degree in Computer Science Technology/Operations from Computer Learning Center Institute. He is also a graduate of Leadership Montgomery (Class of 1995)
