Mr. Butler is the Lead Project and Program Manager for Lewis Limited LLC.  As such, he has facilitated and maintained contracts in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Butler creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of Lewis Limited’s government and commercial clients, as well as identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities to the development team.

 

Mr. Butler also manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including but not limited to, managing project budgets, determining appropriate revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, tracking and reporting team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, minimizing risk and exposure,  and monitoring receivables. 

 

Along with budgetary concerns, Mr. Butler also reviews deliverables prepared by the Lewis Limited development team before delivering to the client ensuring that they have effectively applied LL’s methodology and have met the project standards.  Mr. Butler prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, ensuring that the client is satisfied with all project deliverables and when necessary, follows up with clients regarding unpaid invoices. Finally, once a project has been completed, Mr. Butler will conduct a project review where he analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and resource utilization, and prepares a Lessons Learned recap.

 

• TRAINING SOLUTIONS:  As the Lead Project Manager for Lewis Limited, Mr. Butler has managed the full range of products and services that Lewis Limited offers. His extensive management experience spans a wide range of industries from Online Software Tutorials (American Institutes for Research), to Role Player Simulation Training (National Training Center at Fort Irwin, CA) and Live Actor Cultural Awareness Training (USAF VEST Program, AFCLC). 

 

• Aha-Learning - http://www.VisitAHA/.com & http://www.AhaPREP.com -- Aha-Learning has developed several “Tips & Tricks” lessons that are focused on the most difficult and most relevant concepts within the Algebra/ Geometry/Trigonometry and Reading/Writing curriculums. Each segment is an interactive, preparatory, and supplemental learning lesson, all of which can be accessed via Aha-Learning’s Rule-Box App. The Rule-Box App will be available on multiple platforms, devices, and operating systems.

 

• U.S. Air Force VEST Online Training - http://www.vestdemo.com/iraq_afghan/air_force.html Mr. Butler was the Senior Project Manager for the Air Force VEST online training programs. Our team is providing LMS & DVD design and support for AFCLC, Expeditionary Skills Training Directorate, Air University (AU) Maxwell AFB, AL, for the 17th Air Force with a series of interactive, live-actor, film-based training modules for preparing Airman for deployment into culturally complex environments. We provide the USAF with a series of interactive, live-actor, film-based online training modules to be used in preparing Airmen for deployment into culturally complex environments.  The Team is in the process of developing and distributing these cultural awareness simulations for implementation into the Air Force training system.

 

• EDUCATION: Mr. Butler has a Bachelor of Arts; Degree in Business Economics from Brown University, Providence RI.
